Aspen Moon Farm is certified organic and uses biodynamic farming practices to nurture healthy soil, a healthy environment, including being 100% natural and bee-friendly, which allows them to produce nutritious food. On their 20-acre farm in Longmont, Colorado, owners Jason and Erin grow a variety of fruits vegetables, flowers, grains and seeds, and raise cows, chickens, sheep. They’re dedicated to supplying the local community with the cleanest, most sustainable products possible.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs are a lovely way to get farm fresh food during the growing season and to support your local farmer. Aspen Moon Farm offers a CSA program. You can also shop their produce at area farmers markets or they offer a full variety of produce at their roadside farm stand, right next to the farm on weekdays from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM.
