Big Spoon Roasters handcrafts nut butters and snack bars in Durham, NC and is the brain child of founder Mark Overbay. After spending time in Zimbabwe on a farm, he expereinced freshly roasted peanuts. When he returned to the U.S. he founded Big Spoon Roasters. Mark sources the raw ingredients for his nut butters from local and organic farms who share his philosophy on food sustainability.
