The Capitol Grille is a restaurant located in Nashville’s historic Hermitage Hotel. Capitol Grill is invested in procuring food from local producers as well as the conservation of natural land in Tennessee. Additionally, the restaurant has it’s own garden where it grows heirloom produce used in Capitol Grille and Oak Bar dishes. The garden also offers educational programs for local schools.
