Castoro Cellars is a certified organic vineyard and winery and they produce a number of different wine from Syrah to Pino Grigio. Being certified organic means Castoro Cellars grows grapes without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. They also have an extensive solar panel set up which allows them to generate their own power.
