Cultured is a small shop making sauerkraut and pickled seasonal vegetables and kimchi made with locally grown produce. Stop by their Pickle Shop in Berkeley to purchase, the kitchen and The Pickle Shop are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by appointment. You can also access their products at Bay Area farmers markets.
