Duo is a seasonal farm-to-table contemporary restaurant serving American cuisine, with two locations, Denver, CO and Brattleboro, Vermont. Food for the restaurant is sourced locally from several organic and sustainably run farms, distilleries, bakeries, and butchers. They believe in strongly supporting their community and host six benefits and give to over 90 organizations each year. Their supportive and generous nature is reflected inwardly as well, as they make sure to pay their staff a fair, livable wage.
