Floriole Café and Bakery is a humble yet groundbreaking spot in Lincoln Park, Chicago. Owners Sandra and Mathieu Holl started small with select baked goods at Chicago’s Green City Market but have quickly become a local favorite offering sandwiches, coffee and pastries. They’re dedicated to using seasonal, quality ingredients from local farms and artisans and run the cafe with a highly green ethos.
