Hope Farms is a non-profit, 7-acre urban farm located just outside of Houston, TX. Hope Farms grows fresh produce which it sells at the on-site farm stand Saturdays between 9am and 1pm. The farm also offers multiple educational programs including hosting and teaching kids the basics around cooking and growing their own food. Hope Farms is a collaboration between the Recipe for Success Foundation and the United Health Foundation.
