Modo Eyewear is a New York City-based company whose Modo Brooklyn Made line of eye glasses and sunglasses are made using sustainable materials in their Brooklyn factory. Their Eco sister brand offers carbon negative eyewear. Modo is invested in using their business to make the world a better place. Their various brands have donated over two million pairs of reading glasses to children in need and through their One Frame One Tree program, they plant trees and invest in communities. They’re also working to create awareness around ocean plastic by investing in cleanup and using recovered material to craft frames.
