Paradise Coffee Roasters is a small micro-roaster in Ramsey, MN. Owner R. Miguel Meza opened in 2002 and has since built a reputation for great coffee. Meza focuses on purchasing coffee beans directly from farmers and sustainably grown beans whenever possible.
