PRW Made is a small, southern Ohio-based woodworking business where owner and maker Ryan Gilreath handcrafts unique, eco-friendly pieces ranging from jewelry to home goods. Ryan successfully transitioned a personal woodworking project into a thriving business with sustainability at its core. 

Ryan takes special care to ensure the raw materials he uses are thoughtfully sourced. Looking to local producers first, PRW Made sources the wood used for its products from a Wisconsin-based, family-owned and operated sustainable forestry company. Wood products are finished with non-toxic, food-safe, and people-safe oils and natural waxes. Metals are also locally sourced from sustainable sources, and recycled metals are used when possible. Local sourcing minimizes the distance materials travel to reach PRW Made and supports other locally owned businesses in the area and the United States. To minimize what PRW Made sends to the landfill, Ryan reuses and composts scrap pieces. With an eye for the bigger picture, PRW Made contributes to tree planting projects and the removal of ocean plastic through Greenspark and the EDEN project.
