Founder and Chef, Mollie Engelhart, has a passion for gardening, food, animals and the environment, resulting in her extremely successful documentary, May I Be Frank. In addition to having three locations of Sage Vegan Bistro in Los Angeles, she has also opened regenerative farm, Sow a Heart, that provides produce for her restaurant and other local restaurants.
