Ten Spoon is a winery growing and producing quality wines free from synthetic chemicals, while preserving open space for wildlife, agriculture, people and companion animals. Their farming and wine-making are open as a community experience, and they work with the Clark Fork Vineyard to identify the Missoula valley as a grape-growing region with its own appellation, or AVA (American Viticultural Area).
