The Parlor is a gourmet pizzeria in Phoenix, Arizona, serving seasonally-inspired rustic Italian fare in a sustainably modeled space. The pizzeria used to be a hair salon but instead of demolishing the building, new owner, Eric Mei took care to repurpose as many materials as possible to create a functional green restaurant.
