The Waffle Lady makes fruit syrups, jams as well as pancake and waffle mixes. The business began when a mom wanted to make healthier food for her family. Her first cafe in San Clemente, CA was a success. Expanding on that, she moved to Oregon to a fruit farm where she grows the fruit for her jams and syrups.
