Meet Grace! She and her family opened @sagerefillmarket, a Nashville refill market on the edge of Edgehill, Wedgewood and 12 South. They carry a wide range of products you can refill, think everything from bathroom cleaner to dish soap, shampoo and micellar water. Bring your own reusable container or if you don't have one handy don't worry because they've got you covered. Sage also carries a wide array of goods made by small, sustainable brands worth checking out.

Food waste is an opportunity.

The average U.S. citizen ate 1,996 pounds of food in 2021. Composting even half of that would reduce methane emissions, help the food supply, and cut agricultural water needs significantly. Unfortunately, composting is still unavailable to many people.

We recently teamed up with @redfin to share tips for composting in small spaces like apartments. You don't have to have a yard to compost your food waste.

If your city doesn't offer a composting service, head to the link in our bio to learn how you can make compost, no matter how small your abode is.
