Alicia Adams Alpaca Inc. is a family owned farm located in a small town nestled in New York’s Hudson Valley.  The family relocated to the Hudson Valley in 2010 and began raising alpacas. What began as a breeding endeavor turned into so much more. Matriarch, founder and creative director Alicia realized that they could do something with the wool left over from shearing and Alicia Adams Alpaca Inc. was born. 

Starting with blankets, Alicia Adams Alpaca’s product line has grown to include bedding, throw pillows, sweaters and shawls. To supplement the wool generated from their own pack, the family sources alpaca wool for their products from value-aligned farms in Peru.  It’s through these partnerships that Alicia Adams Alpaca is able to  contribute to the livelihood of artisans and farms in Peru. The items they carry that are made of fur or hide were harvested from animals who died of natural causes, their animals are never killed to create their products. 

Additionally Alicia Adams Alpaca gives back through donations to organizations with causes they believe in including some in the Hudson Valley as well as international organizations and tree planting efforts.
