Polk Folly Farm is a small scale hog farm in New Mexico. Owned and run by brothers Zach and Ethan on land that was bought by their grandparent for horse farming. They also raise hens, ducks and some cattle. Their farming method is regenerative, taking food waste from local businesses and feed it to their pigs. They are invested in the wellbeing of the animals from beginning to end. You can purchase their meat at their farm stand and they are in the process of opening an in house butcher shop.
