In search of the perfect cup of coffee, Scarlet City, founder Jen St. Hilaire set out on a mission to roast it on her own using sustainably sourced coffee beans. Striving to contribute to a future that is humane, sustainable and delicious, they ethically-source all of their coffees which they then hand blend and roast.
