Chef, Aaron Adams created the wildly acclaimed, Farm Spirit Provisions, out of his former tiny tasting-only vegan restaurant. The new space is a hyper-local paradise with handblown glass lights made by local artisans, custom pottery dinnerware by Kelly Pottery and Pigeon Toe Ceramics and features produce grown within a 105-mile radius of the restaurant. Items like meat, cashews and palm oil are “considered too problematic” and are not welcome in the kitchen for their negative environmental impact. Dedicated to being responsible and generating a completely new experience, Adams plays with the palate and presentation to surprise, delight and intrigue.
