Odd Duck is an American food trailer-turned-restaurant in Austin, Texas. Brothers Bryce and Dylan Gilmore started the Odd Duck food trailer to showcase local Austin ingredients. Even though their idea has blossomed into a larger, successful business they still purchase from the same farmers as they did on day one. Odd Duck has topped off the Growers Alliance of Central Texas as one of the most frequent buyers for local farm foods. They’re so committed to supporting Texas farmers they even write their own annual farmers almanac with farm features, recipes and community culture highlights.
